when ypu pull back on the syringe is it ok to gett little air bubbles. no rush of blood just little air bubbles and a little blood.     | ||

that's ok, if blood rushes into the syringe then you've hit a vein, you'll know it'll be obvious if you hit a vein. ------------------ | ||

It's ok. Your muscle will absorb any air that is injected into the muscle. And if any air does get into the bloodstream, your viens will absorb quite a bit too before it gets to your brain. I've seen people accidentally get as much as 3cc of air injected into a main vien, without anything happening! | ||

How do you accidently inject 3 cc's of air??? forget to load the syringe before injecting. . .LOL ------------------ | ||

A nurse in a hospital was too stupid to see that she left a 3ml air bubble in a syringe that was injected into a relative of mine. Luckily nothing happened. | ||
