how does post lifting cardio compare to in the morning on an empty stomach cardio? I'm not a morning person

I AGREE, I HAVE HAD BETTER RESULTS DOING IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. IF YOU FIND IT DIFFICULT TO WORK OUT OR DO CARDIO IN THE MORNING, WHY DON'T YOU JUST POP 1 EPHEDRINE, 1 CAFFINE AND YOU'LL BE READY TO GO IN ABOUT 1/2 HOUR, IT WORKED GREAT FOR ME. HOPE THIS HELPS

Morning no doubt! But I'm also not a mornin person and try to limit my stimulant intake. If you want it bad enough you can force yourself, as soon as warmer temps are here I will start up the 5 miles running in the morning, get you lean!

I get the best results from cardio on an empty stomach in the morning also. I'm not a morning person so i pop two or three Xenadrine & hack on my comp for about thirty mins. Then, I tear away at my fat cells. I hate running in the morn, but it works well for me.

Hey fellas,
You guys said that it makes you weaker doing cardio in the morning. Is this true if we are not doing a cutting? Lets say deca and winny. Will it still make you weak if you do cardio in the morning 4 days a week while on those two? Need Help with this, thanks.

I reckon cardio after waking is the best option. I eat every 2-3 hours so my body is used to digesting and getting hungry in that time frame. So if I do cardio later in the day I wait 3-4 hours after my last meal until I have been hungry for a little while. I figure there is no point in simply burning what I just ate. I'd be chasing my tail otherwise.

I basically run at 2/3 or 3/4 of my max speed for about 3/4 of a mile, but if I feel good I'll squeeze in a full mile. Like I said earlier, I'm not a morning person so it's a killer run for me.
