THAT SEEMS FINE, THIS IS MY ROUTINE UPRIGHT BARBELL ROWS SETS-4 REPS 8-15 I HAVE HAD PRETTY GOOD RESULTS DOING THIS, A COUPLE OF PEOPLE AT MY FYM HAVE TOLD ME I AM OVERDOING IT, BUT IT WORKS FOR ME. HOPE THIS HELPS M18 | ||

I personally think that is over training big time. I do 9-12 sets tops. Remember, shoulders are worked with chest, back, and even bi's. They get the most work of any muscle and they arn't that big. I would alternate your pressing movements from workout to workout. There is no need for two pressing exercises in the same workout. They are for the most part the exact same exercise. I say it's over training in a grand fashion. My shoulders feel like they're toast after chest and back so when shoulder day rolls around it would be very easy to over do it. |
