I have always had big nipples, does that mean I have gyno?
I have never done a cycle, but obviously gynecomastia can occur naturally. So info please.

Let me ask you...

Are your nips sore at all anymore?

If I do have it,(Im only 19) what are the chances of it subsiding soon?

Will Chrysin, Di-indolin, tribestan help my cause at all?

My parents are unreceptive to my pleas for surgery. They see it as purely cosmetic, but it's really holding me back, and I have no idea how to get through to them that this breast tissue growth was not my fault and there's nothing I can do about it.
And it's not like they can't fucking afford it.
Im so miserable. Everyday I wake up hoping my chest is flat and masculine, no amount of lifting will ever help. Damn.

How tall are you, how much do you weigh and whats your bodyfat %.

If you've always had it, there's no miracle drug to reverse it. Surgery is the only way.

I am 5'7 165, I can see the outline of my abs when I flex them, so I'd say 10% bf.
I used to be really fat, 170 no muscle, but I lost it all, got to 130 no muscle, and then I started lifting.
I don't know what a man's chest is suppose to feel like because I have never touched another man's chest. But I do have a layer of fat on my chest and my nippples are big.
Is this gyno for sure?
I'm not in pain or anything. And it doesn't look so bad. But it's noticeable to me.
I think it might be the fact that I used to be so fucking fat, that I have this to deal with.
I get so depressed, but it just makes me lift harder. I just wish my parents could put themselves in my position.

Bro, I'm the same way. My nips have been big since I was 9 or 10 years old. I was a chubby kid so they looked like bitch tits.

But, after 2.5 years of serious lifting (I'm 22 now) I have a very well developed chest. Hell, girls come up all the time and rub on it when I wear tight shirts and they never notice

I stay around 10-12% bodyfat without any dieting effort and my nipples look pretty puffy when they're soft, but completely normal when they're hard. When I get down to 7-8% they still look pretty big when they're soft. I just hold all of my fat on my chest and stomach, which sucks in a way.

Here's something I've even considered: A friend of mine got his nips pierced about 3 years ago, and he says that his nips have been hard ever since.

My advice...Bombard your chest in the gym(as with everything else) and see what happens. You'll be surprised how hard it is to notice when your chest gets big.

Have to agree with MR H. No help bro. At 19 and your worried about your nipples. Dude, there is far more in life to worry about than if you have puffy nipples. Sure, flame me for not understanding, but I have the same problem with puffy nips due to a clomid only cycle a doctor put me on. It ain't the end of the world. Get over it. Just bust ass in the gym and the changes will over come your grief.

Thanks guys for your help. I will just go hard in the gym, even harder than I have.

Do you think taking tribestan will aggravate it even more or can it help?
