I am plannning another mass cycle, but I want to shed a little fat too. I know its the unatainable dream...hence mass and cutting cycles. Here was my plan: 1-7 50mgs D-bol/day Heres the dilema. Can I still eat for mass and loose a little flab? I am not trying to get ripped on this cycle, just trying to get away from gaining 10lbs of fat each time I do a cycle. If I can maintain this level...or even loose some...that would be excellent.

FROM WHAT IVE READ, IF YOU USE T-3 AT HIGHER DOSES, YOU WILL HAVE TO EAT MORE THEN NORMAL, BECAUSE IT WILL RAISE YOUR MATABOLISM. MEANING YOU MIGHT NOT GAIN AS MUCH MASS. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

lets not forget to mention t-3 will actually catabolize muscle tissue at that dose. if you want to STAY somewhat lean... take 25mcg just so you dont get real sloppy... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Solid steel. I've done plenty of reading, so please don't give me a semi-flame ok? I know that I won't lose any muscle with the amount of gear going through me, and if you couldn't tell, I was already pretty sure it wasn't going to work...I know that most people cant gain muscle and loose fat at the same time...that is a given. I was only concerned with the chance that I may be able to STAY AT MY CURRENT BODY FAT % and gain muscle at the same time. If it was possible to lose a little along the way...that'd be even better. It is doable but requires much effort. Don't go over 75mcg of T3 per day and don't use it for more than 5 weeks. Obviously you should use it for the last 5 weeks. Calories are going to determine how much fat you lose or gain. Say you burn 4000 calories a day. If you eat 4500calories you will store 1lb of fat per week. If you eat 4000 cals/day then your bodyfat will stay the same. If you eat 3500 cals/day then you lose 1lbs of fat per week. Max I would go with the stack you're planing would be 50 mcg per day but start at 25 mcg for the first week then taper back down to 25 on the last week. At 25 mcg you will love it makes the gear work much better. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
