This post is for a very lazy, irresponsible friend of mine. He's the kind of guy that can get to the gym 4-5 times a week and push around some weight, but doesn't have the discipline to eat right, not drink/party, not stay up all night, etc. He's already done one Deca-Winny cycle last year, from which he's already lost all the gains. Now, he wants me to recommend a spring "cutting" cycle to him!? I personally don't think that he should get anywhere near anabolic steroids, but if I don't give him advice, he'll do a cycle anyway, and probably a stupid or harmful one. Here's his stats: 22 yo, 5'10", 168 lbs, 18% BF, 225 max bench (just to give you an idea of his strength). He has a tendency to hold water, to lose hair, and to grow bitch tits. He would like to gain 15 lbs of pure muscle in 8 weeks!!!??? I told him that that's virtually impossible, so he reset his goals to 8-10 lbs of muscle gain with minimal fat and water gain. I also told him that a CLEAN DIET and LIFESTYLE are VITAL to his success. He said "O.K., what roids man?" Please help this poor bastard. What do ya'll recommend for him for an 8-10 week relatively mild cycle? And please don't ask me to tell him not to do roids... he's going to regardless. On his behalf, thanks for your input.

I think he has no place using AS if he lacks the dedication as you stated. AS is a priviledge for the elite...the determined. It is not an excuse for the lazy. It's people like this that give anabolic steroids the negative reputation they have. The best advice you can give him is to get his act together if he is serious about his training. He's 168 with 18%bf...Lot of work to be done naturally first and it starts with him getting the lifestyle organized. If he is truely dedicated he will do what it takes to be the very best he can be. That means proper dietary habits, proper lifestyle habits, and pasion for the iron. AS is not for those seeking the easy way around all the hard work involved. It is a priviledge for those whom have earned it through hard work and knowledge.

To me a cutting cyle is diet, drop body fat and use an AS to help maintain what musle you already have.
Sounds to me he just wants to take anything just for the hell of it...He may as well just go all out with test and something else.

But for cutting I would say get your lazy ass up and DIET first.....and if you have to pick one - fina, winny, anavar, primo.

Dont waste your time with him. He is one of the reasons steroids have a bad reputation amongst the press and public. He is treating them as a supplement, a majic pill but does not want to try to put focus or effort into it. It is a shame but this is what the world is coming to nowadays. Lets take steroids they will make us big. WTF?

What do you mean it is impossible to gain 15pounds of pure muscle in 8 weeks? that is very possible even though you friend dosent need to be taking the shit. Tell him to go with an eca and clenbutral stack that will not make him hold water,grow tities,and lose hair. but should give him a some nice cuts if he eats right and dose cardio.

Hmmm... I'm a relative novice with AS use, but I think I've done my homework. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I would be very surprised if someone could gain 15 lbs of PURE muscle, with NO fat OR water, after an 8 week cycle. If this is indeed possible, please E-mail me and let me know how ASAP.

Cuts, with a bunch of highly anabolic
steroids and a very high calorie/
high protein diet, one can easily
conceivably gain 4lbs of pure
mscle a week. As far as no fat or water
gain.....that would be pushing it.....

If he wants to lose fat then:

Use clen/eca with some EQ.

If he wants to gain muscle mass then:

EQ 200-300mg/week and low dosages of d-bol (like 10-15mg/day for 3 weeks.)

Oh yeah and I agree that he is the type of guy that gives gear a bad name.

Judging from these responses, I feel that maybe I overstated my buddy's degree of... immaturity. He's not the type of guy that'll OD on roids or get himself sent to the hospital, but he is the type of guy that'll skip an occasional workout, only do upper body, eat only 3 times a day... in other words, he won't really put himself in "danger," rather, he'll decrease the efficacy and increase the sides from his cycle. I was thinking about low dose Equipose too, along with some Nolvs and Proviron... simple enough for him to handle, yet effective if combined with proper workouts, cardio, and diet.
