Yes I hope to retain what I have gainned it fits my body well in my eyes. 5'11" 227 i have been off for a while now and i finally gainned back the muscle I lost while I had the flu. So if i keep the diet up and train like a mad man as usual, I should keep gainning natural. Genome don't forget my Chocolate.
