In theory Chrysin is an aromatase inhibitor, however results vary considerably- it is not a reliable prophalactic with respect to gyno. If you have nothing else, it should help but how much will vary. Most people get minimal, though noticable, results. Plus it is rather expensive and large doses are necessary for effect- 2gr a day is considered the minimally effective dose. ------------------ | ||
