for the record, those companies who are trying to sell proteins that are mixed such as whey and egg proteins, that is bullshit...mixing of the proteins actually hurts the biological value of it due to the body having to breakdown different protein strands in the gut,and it slows down the rate of the digestion

What evidence do you have of this? So are you saying that having eggs with your fish is harmful????

The blends I prefer to times. The rip offs are the Whey Protein Isolate versus WPConcentrate versus WPMicro cold filtered versus WPof Divine orgins.... that's all BS. IronMike

i heard that straight whey actually left the gut too fast and that a mixture, while slowing down the the digestive rate helped the body to absorb more of the protein.just something i heard along the bodybuilding road.

not harmful, and I am talking about whole foods just supplements. When you blend the two together you end up getting a shitty protein source like calcium caseinate a milk protein.

it doesnt make it worse in any way. casein has its benefits... whey is good for one thing, FAST protein... thats it.

whey is best after a workout.. .other than that, your better off getting either a mix or something slower to digest... like barbells? said.
