As i as preparing for a monsterous cycle, i am planning this one right down to the last ounce. I'll tell you it's a bulking cycle, i am 5'8 and weigh 200lbs. Now i am not what you'd call shredded, nor do i care about getting there, i am more into the bulk look, so some fat on me doesn't bother me. So i was thinking something like this: 4500 cal a day Although i say i don't care about fat, keep in mind that i don't want a whole lot of extra fat gained. I learnt a bad lesson previous cycle, i ate everything in sight, and sure i bulked up like a mf, but the blub hung around for a while and some still remains, i am working it off very slowly, i have about 8 weeks to go until next cycle starts. Please tell me what you feel works best for gaining most bulk possible without to much fat. Thanks Bros, TY ---MURDER ALL SCAMMERS-- ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Most bulk possible.HMmmmmmm... You weigh 200 at 5"8. Ok, I'm 214 at 5"9. I found that for mass an Isometric diet works amazingly well. Basically 33%prot/33%carb/33%fat Forget 4500Kcal, go for 5000Kcal. 25 times bodyweight then, it would be: roughly, 185 grams fat roughly, 416.5g protein(2.1g/lb) and roughy, 416.5g carbs. I think bodybuilders eat too many carbs. On this diet you'll feel less drowsy, and have a hell of a lot more real food choices. Godspeed ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I think Fonz is right on. Normally I eat a 40/30/30 split with calories at 23x bodyweight. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
