At the Arnold Classic,there is a training seminar on Sunday March 4th from 9a-12p. The cost is $50. I heard that alot of the top pros including Arnold will be there to give training and diet advice. Has anyone gone to this seminar in past years?? Is it worth my money and time??    | ||

if you really want to see the pros its worth it...but they rarely say something i dont know, they talk simple...i am in no way saying that i know all by the way, i'm just saying that they just repeat what we read on magazines and on this board. |
