OK bro's i'm paraniod about gyno and i need your advice. Well about 2 weeks ago i made a post about possible gyno..THen i realized i just have alot of fat and water weight left. my nipps are always hard but thats normal while on sos/deca..however i got hit in the nipple and for about 30 seconds it was kind of tender..but from what i understand gyno hurts 24 7....I have 4 more weeks of sos/deca..then i'm following it w/clomids.for 2 weeks..now my question is if i just wanted to be on the safe side how much nolva would be ok to take even if i don't have gyno but have high test levels.....(10 mg a day ok?)..my other question is..should i take nolva like the last 2 weeks of deca/sos...or take it after clomids, cause i know that clomids may cause gyno as well...i'm very confused all i know is i don't want to get gyno..so i'm wondering what is a safe amount of nolva to take in order to prevent gyno...i know that if u take it and u don't have it u may end up getting it..but i still want to be sure..(i'm 6ft..3in..265lbs..)..and i'm on 500mg.of sos per week..and 300mg..of deca per week..what do u guys think about dosages..please, please respond..LOL..if u see a huge ripped kid on with some big ole titties on the beach this summer then you'll know that no one..helped me out..lol.....thanks for taking the time and reading this...greatly appreciated..    | ||

i'll bump for you...but use the search. this has been answered frequently. if you are that freaked out get some arimidex. takes all the guess work out of it. | ||

Nolva will not do too much for deca but with the estr related sides it will. If you are worried about gyno then use at 20mgs for the remainder of the cycle. If it was a one off incident then I wouldnt worry, if you had gyno you would feel or notice it. You can use clomid & nolva together no problems. | ||
