why do people still buy mrp's? iw oudl much rather buy protein powder, its cheaper. it might not be as nutritious but it has less calories and you an eat real food that tastes better to get that extra nutrition ------------------ "I used to be a diabetic 'till i kicked it." I use MRP because I would love a protein shake but then I would need food as well... I just don't have the time to fit in all 7 meals so the MRP makes it quick to have 3 of them for me ![]() ![]() ![]()

I use them if I know I cant get home after training. I still like good old myoplex. I think the protien blend works best. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime." ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

yep, convinience is the key, it has vitamins and a bunch other stuff that protein powders do not have...i guess that if you take the protein shake with a multi-vitamin that would make up for it... later ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]()

it's cheaper if you just buy some maltodextrin and mix it protein. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
