I am an ecto-morph. I am plannig on doing a fina only cycle sometime soon (only in theory of course). I don't really need to lose much bodyfat though a couple % would make me look pretty striated. Since fina has a 2/3 ratio, I should still be able to put on some decent size while hardening up right? Is 10 solid pounds reasonable from 75mg eod of fina for 6 weeks? thanks     | ||

Sorry for not clarifying that. No, I am gonna expirement with this new transdermal plo gel stuff. I'm thinking 4 pellets or 80mg that way eod. No I'm not being a wuss. I have no objection to injections but my girl will know if I'm injecting and she told me to stop after this sust cycle. The plo gel is supposed to be much more effective than dmso and also eliminate the supposed smell. E | ||

im pretty sure that im an ectomorph and i will start injectable fina tomorrow, many people tell me its worth it for the strength increase, normally your body burns away 1lb of muscle for every 3lbs of fat, with fina its a 1 to 15 ratio, so you will only lose a lb of muscle if you lose 15 lbs of fat first good luck with the phlojel | ||

Bump... i didnt think fina burned muscle at all... I was under the impression that you burned fat AND put on muscle.

E, that's exactly my situation with my wife. And as a matter of fact, that's exactly why I'm going to start a 6 week winny & fina cycle myself. I'm going with the DMSO or probably phlogel method of 75/80 eod. It was my understanding that it conserved muscle. Check out Mr.H's site.... ------------------ | ||
