If you're trying to loose bodyfat then yes, it will be catabolic. Anytime you are in a calorie deficient state you will be catabolic. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Can't say it will help man. I do cardio 3 days a week for about 30 min and lift about 3 days a week for about 2 hours. I do all this on no food at 5am in the morning. I keep gaining weight. Got to agree with the eat, eat, eat idea. . .just clean up your diet. . .dump the carbs a bit and keep the protien high, don't miss meals however. . .it is counter productive to your long term growth goals.
