in the morning on a empty stomach. Will this be catabolic? Keeping protine high carbs mid ground and fats low. Aslo using eca and clomid. Havent lost a thing from last cycle and am starting to get stronger. Want to lose some bodyfat in a hurry.

If you're trying to loose bodyfat then yes, it will be catabolic. Anytime you are in a calorie deficient state you will be catabolic.

eat, eat, eat or you will lose muscle... just cut your fat intake and do some cardio 3 days a week

Can't say it will help man. I do cardio 3 days a week for about 30 min and lift about 3 days a week for about 2 hours. I do all this on no food at 5am in the morning. I keep gaining weight. But, my diet sucks, pizza, beer, fast food. He he, if I stoped I would rip up, I know I should....

Got to agree with the eat, eat, eat idea. . .just clean up your diet. . .dump the carbs a bit and keep the protien high, don't miss meals however. . .it is counter productive to your long term growth goals. Lean hard mass can be achieved without starving or losing strength and size.
