I've heard the Tanita scales aren't very accurate for measuring bodyfat. Stick with the calipers instead. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You have to get the "athlete" mode scale...The regular scales readings definitely are way off,as they're not designed to measure signifigantly low B/F levels,such as those of pre-contest BB'ers... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

so the capilers are fairly accurate. i guess i'm not all that worried with precise accurateness i just want a number that i can go by to see my progress. which capiler would you suggest. is there a website for it?? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
