Hey, just wanted to see if the Dbol would mess up me system, So i wanted to take small doses (15 mgs ED) for 30 days. I just want to see the reaction on my system. Will i get anything out of it? ------------------

3 Dbols a day will give results. It's some potent shit. My first cycle was 15mg/day only five days a week and I gained 12 lbs in 7 weeks. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

if you've never used before and you train and eat right you should have no problems getting gains from that ammount. personally i gained 15lb in just 6 weeks (just coming off now). i was using 20mg a day though. the only sides i got were an occasional burning sensation when i urinate (drink plenty of water) and a few spots on my face and shoulders (i mean a few too;4 or 5, nothing noticable and possibly not related to the Ds) I heard you the bad sides only raise their ugly little heads at doses over 20mg so you should be ok. if i was you i'd get a diet planned (about 3-400k over maintenance with enough protein) and weigh myself 1-2 times a week on set days. if your weight progresses well don't up the dose, that's what i did. no need to unnecessarily downgrade receptors right off the bat. or am i wrong? good luck anyways ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I would start with 5 a day for a week and then 6 a day for two weeks and then 7 for two weeks and then taper back down over the next 4 weeks back to 5 a day... that will be a great cycle! ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

fro what it's worth i think you should stick with the lowest dose you can get good results off. i peaked(!) at 20mg and having taken 1 1/2 weeks to go from 10mg-15mg(gained 4lbs in this time) then spent 3 weeks at 20mg (gained further 11lbs with good strength gains and minmal bloat and little or no bodyfat increase). but maybe i just reacted well. at the end of the day this stuff's expensive and risky to get so the less you can get away with using the better. save the higher doses for later when the lower ones don't work. remember this isn't about the short term; this is about how things go in the long run ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I prefer the 50mgs a day theory, I am not a believer in 15mgs of dbol a day unless you weigh 125lbs. . .I am not saying you need to take 50mgs either but if you looking for reasonable results and modest sides 25-30mgs is an adequate dose. I think 20mg should be the min. If you are looking for the least amout of sides, take them all at once. This will allow your natural test to keep producing. Since the halflife is so short it shouldnt effect your test. I have been off my cycle for a month now. My workouts are only every two daynow compared to EOD while cycling. But I still pop three naps or Thai and let them melt under my tongue about an hour before going to the gym. It really increases my workouts. I know at those doses it won't cause real growth, but the workouts are killer! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
