Cardio. But don't expect to gain mass without gaining fat. Unless you genetically have a low number of fat cells, you are going to gain some fat with that muscle. It works conversely as well. Lose fat - lose some muscle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

It works this way. Insulin acts as a shuttle. The 4 to 5 hrs humulin R is active and the 2 to 3 hrs humulog is active, you need to keep your food intake very clean. Dont take in fat in those hrs and your fat storage will be next to nill. Watch your carb intake too, too much will turn to fat also. My roommate eats very clean and has been taking insulin for about 8 weeks and he is very lean and is the biggest he has ever been.
