I'm preparing for a contest. Should I shave or what's the best hair remover? Shaving takes a long damn time. Let me hear your input.

I have tried all different stuff. Basically, I use clippers to keep the hair trimmed close (chest and so forth). If, for whatever reason, I need to be really smooth then I will shave (which gives me the best results). Shaving after using clippers gets me the best results with the least irritation (since there is not that much hair left to shave down).

But - all in all- I can use the clippers and keep it clean enough for everyday and its not too much of a pain. And remember, moisterize daily (even when not shaving). It helps the skin heal and look good.
