my second cycle is going to contain either deca or test stacked with Dbol....my questions are: what is milk thistle? where can you get it? and how effective is it...also wanted to know if cranberry juice as opposed to an extract will also help the liver. anyone who has taken dbol-any insight would be coo. thanks

my 2nd cycle i included d-bol and had no probs..but i dring about a gallon a h2o a day...milk thistle can be obtained at wal-mart, gnc, or my website

You can get milk thistle at any health food store. I take both cranberry extract pills and drink cranberry juice. Plus tons of water.

GNC or any health food provider. . .shit is a little pricey, but you have to make a decision. Do I ride a motorcycle without a helmet or do I take my ancillaries to offset the sides that aren't primary or visual. Dbol is a tough one on the liver. . .Cranberry extract or an equal serving of pure juice is advisable for your kidney's and in my case over active badder when on gear. Milk thistle is the key for you liver, TAKE IT. . .enough said.

I've done some research on liver health and as far as I can discover this is the most effective liver protecting stack:


-silymarin 750mg/day

-glutathione 250mg/day (expensive stuff, but the main anti-oxidant for the liver)

-omega 3 and 6 EFAs

-methionine 500mg/day

-cysteine 500mg/day (not so crucial)

-choline and inositol 1500mg/day


There may be more things, but these are what I have come up with so far.
