I plan on starting an all sus cycle
Week 1-3 500mg
Week 4-5 750mg
Week 6-8 500mg

I want to know if training for 90 min a day/ 6 days a week is too much. Also while on a cycle is it wise to cut out all cardio? or should you continue doing it 3 times per week?

i would keep the sus doses constant..either 500 mg/week the whole way or 750/week..probably need some clomid at the end

It depends on your splits, rest, and eating habits - for some that is completely perfect for others that will lead to overtraining.

Clomid will definetly be needed, as well as nolva (on hand), keep the sus constant tapering is a waste of time, gear, and money with sustanon.

You are cycling it correctly.
pyramiding slowly build then slowly reduces the dosage for optimal growth.


Your training will be fine during the cycle but you will need to take a break once the cycle is over.

If you want to bulk then cut out all cardio (or only do it once per week for 30 min. max.)

start off HARD at 750mgs and do NOT taper it, it is a waste. it is self tapering!

In my opinion, since you're in essence bulking with the sustanon, I would spare the wasted calories and energy from cardio, don't do it. Save it for post cycle.

You will need clomid and nolva. As for training....what does your body respond to now? You need to have a solid schedule and routine prior to the cycle. You need to know what works for you and what doesn't. That way when you begin your cycle you can focus on the correct exercises, etc. for your particular body.

Look at my post about my 8 week omnadren cycle. I think that will help you. And yeah, keep the dosage constant.
