Im in need of a little help here I seem to have chronic muscle stiffness I cant walk more than 10 mins with out my lower back tightening up so hard I have to stop and If I stretch I get horrible Charlie horses .It almost seems like my body cant get rid of the lactic acid. My calves will get so pumped and sore after walking only a few minutes I have to sit down or I will fall over . This is just a few examples. Also the muscle right under my chin will ball itself up so hard it feels like its gonna rip it self of the bone. Now Im in the 3rd week of a 6 week fina only cycle 3 pellets via dmso ED drinking a lot taking a multi vit cranberry and tribulis and finishing up with clomid I eat a lot of chicken skim milk peanut butter whole wheat bread eggs so my calories are ok not perfect but ok. I was gonna drop the fina to 2 pellets ED
I first thought drink more water and stretch more but that hasnt helped. Any suggestions please his is effecting everything I do and my workouts are suffering
Also I heard that Magnesium can really effect how your muscles contract?

Keep drinking the water. Lots of it and start adding potassium. It is expensive as far as supps go, but it will probably take care of your problem in a matter of days.

Bannanas might do it too, but a little more econimically. 2-3/day should clear it up in a few days.
