There is not much you can eat while dieting like that beside egg whites, chicken breast, baked fish, and really lean beef(not for 2-3 weeks up to comp though)

6 egg whites, 5-6 oz of 100% top round steak, 1 cup of old fashioned slow cooking oat meal with 1 banana and 3 equals mixed in. i used this all the way up until 4 weeks out from the show and then removed the banana the last 4 weeks.

You only cut the cocaine with baking soda. Dont cut it with baking powder or your customers wont come back. I find the best way to cut it is use my triple beam and add 1 part baking soda to every 3 part cocaine. Never get high off your own supply though. And never sell that shit out of your own house. Good luck.

For break here's what I like:
50g of low carb protien with 1/2 a banana or 1/2 apple, spoonfull of lowest carb you can find peanut butter, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup slivered almonds or walnuts. You will get some carbs, say 20g, in this drink, but it is morning and you have all day to work it off.

Otherwise, to spice up eggs put in some lean ham and cheese, bell peppers, onions, some parsley ...whatever it takes. Unless you are extreme dieting the few carbs from the cheese and veggies are generally worth it.

true enuf... eggs are pretty much it for breakfast and I know what you mean about getting board of them. I must have put thousands of yolks down the drain of my sink (amazing it still drains). All I do is make a six egg omelette using Pam and sprinkle pepper and ultra low fat parmesian cheese on it. When I'm really sick of them I'll actually put in some veggies and grate some real cheese. I also eat german bread that has only 100% whole grains and no oil. Sometimes I'll get the flax seed type of bread for the good fat, throw a little peanut butter on two slices of that, eat a serving of no fat, no sugar yogurt, and an orange and there you have my breakfast. About 575 cals and a little heavy on the carbs but it should be since you should have been fasting for about the last 12 hours.

If you do your cardio before breakfast on an empty stomach, then you can have more carbs for breakfast. If you're at least a month away from a comp. then you can eat low fat cottage cheese instead of eggs every once in a while.
