Tarheel Open Bench Press Statesville, NC Nothing big, but I gotta start somewhere. My bench shirt should be here today, can't wait to try it out. I ordered an Inzer, I heard they are the best.

I weigh around 228lbs, and at time of the contest I should be lifting around 385-400lbs but I'll also be wearing a bench shirt.

I would start out with something you can get for about 2-3 reps. Then go up to your current max. up get that and go up to what you feel like. Just make sure you get your first lift in.

Just remember to pick a light weight for your opening lift. You aren't allowed to go any lower. Good luck
