Hey, I'm new here as you can see and I joined to get some good info as I am still learning a lot about body building. When I lifted in high school, I grew pretty quick! However, I got a good bit of stretch marks in the crease of my arm where the shoulder meets the body. These are really getting to me. I've tried others advice by taking vitamin E and using lotion on them, but I know some of you have to know how to get rid of these! HELP!

There is not much other than that. I have them too. where you have them and around my crotch and glutes. I have done what you mentioned. They tend to not be as visilbe whenever you tan. The only other option is cosmetic surgury. That is costly though. They are mostly genetic as well. I have thin skin, which is good when competing but not when bulking. The skin tears easier than those with tough skin.

Well bro sorry to inform you that theres no way to get rid of them only thing that they will do is fade. There is a product called mederma they sell over the counter in pharmacies that will help them fade away

there is a procedure called microdermabrasion that can remove them or fade them. I'm not sure how well it works. You might ask a cosmetic surgeon about it

Go to rejuvana.com and order the 2.0 oz. bottle. I have hellacious stretch marks and it is really making them fade fast. It contains something called emu oil which is supposed to be able to penetrate into the third layer of the dermis where the rebuilding really needs to start. I suggest at least reading about the product online and making your own decision. I have been using it for 3 weeks and I am starting to notice a big difference. It's costly though, especially if used twice a day like they recommend. But if you don't have to cover huge sections of your body like me then it should last a long time.

IronBarbarian - I used to like my stretch marks too until I did my first cycle of dbol/deca/sust. I have massive stretch marks everywhere now. My triceps, the front of my lats, and even on my lower/outer chest. Then I had two of them rip open exposing open wounds because after all 3 layers of the dermis are stretched, the next stretch is your skin ripping open. It's pretty painful and takes a while to heal. Trust me these things are ugly and I can't wait until they fade and aren't so noticeable.

I've always had great genetics and got pretty big naturally. When I was clean noone ever believed me. I did a Winny only cycle last spring and gained 10 pounds. 1 month later I did the deca/sust/dbol and in 10 weeks hit 273 pounds. That's a lot of skin stretching, I didn't imagine I would ever grow that fast. Towards the end 2 of my stretch marks ripped open. Taking a shower sucked (stings). I covered them in a glob of neosporin day and night to prevent infection (my wife wanted me to get stitches). They eventually healed and I will try not to grow so fast again. If I do anything that makes me retain water I will definitely be on armidex this time around.

I've posted these before but just to give you an idea of the growth I experienced in such a short period of time. 225-273 in 22 weeks. 8 weeks winny, 4 weeks off, 10 weeks dbol/deca/sust. You can't see the stretch marks but they would show up like crazy on a front double bicep pose.
