Frankly, I hate doing cardio. However, if it is a must to have sharper looking abs, then I would do it. My bf is up a little at 11.2%, and my abs have not look any better, esp after a deca cycle. I just started taking ECA stack, and my diet has been strictly high protein, moderate carbos, low fats. Could I depend just on the ECA stack to do the fat burning? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If you really want them to come out and be seen...do cardio like 3-4 times a week 30-45 minutes. When you train abs do 3-4 exercises and superset them with little rest inbetween, burn em out!!!!! Watch the moderate carbs, make sure they are complex and try not eating them after 4pm. You can do it with diet alone, but it would be strict!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I say Fuck cardio. I absolutley hate that shit. I can't run on a treadmill all day. Go play a sport Like tennis or rollerblading. Yo don't even notive how much of a workout you get. But it is required. POOP ON CARDIO!!!!!!! ------------------
