Just wondering if it's ok to drink with juice, or do I have to shoot it in my mouth and let it sit there by itself for 30sec or whatever? Thanks. ------------------     | ||

Yes muscle, you can just shoot it in your mouth and wash it down with some water. If you cant stand the taste use some OJ or Soda, forget the gel caps they are just a pain. |
