Guys, really, I have been reading reading reading , using the search pages everywhere, etc. Trust me, I have been doing a LOT of research.

But jeezus - the advice is all over the damned place.

Quick stats 37 years old, lifting 5 years, 190 lbs, 9% BF.

I am getting ready to do a first cycle, but jeezus .... just when I have it figured out (I think), I get advice all over the place, contradicting itself.

Look, if I was able to keep a good 15 -20 of lean mass after a cycle, I would be happy.

My latest cycle I was moving towards was TestCyp 400/wk,
DECA 200/wk OR EQ 300-400/wk
and maybe D-Bol too during early phases.

Pretty standrad - right?

Now I read in different places that this is a LOT, the type of thing that people usually only do after several cycles, probably WAY to much for cycle #1 - ARGH!

All I freegin want is (hopefully) 15-20 lbs when done (thats ripped pounds). I want water retention and and acne problems minimized (I have a slight acne problem already). And my dick MUST continue to work reliably throughout.

I am NOT stupid, I AM researching, reading, studying, asking, but JEEZUS FREEGIN KREYST - am I WAY off or what?

That looks like a pretty good first cycle. If you want to keep off some of the bloat forget about the dbol. You'll get good gains from that cycle.

chill out dude, your cycle does look good, you may want to increase deca, but it looks fine...for me...

I would rank that cycle somewhere between light and moderate for a first cycle. 15-20lbs of "ripped muscle" is alot to ask for from that cycle..these drugs definately won't make you ripped, but the 15-20lbs can be acheieved with a little bit of water. I would recommend a test dosage of 500-750mgs/wk with 300-400mg/wk of eq, it will do more for muscle hardnes than deca, the test will take care of the size..I'm not saying you're planned cycle is bad, just saying that you may not reach your goals..which aren't as modest as you may think.

I say go for it but forget de dbol. U dont need it. And i think you can achieve it. I did with less than that. Just shoot, work, eat and sleep!!!!!!!!!!! Big time!
