I just did my first bi-injections last night with Winstrol Depot. I shot a 1/2 cc into each bi using a 27G 1/2 inch needle... right into the highest/thickest point of the muscle. This morning I woke up and... MY BIS ARE THROBBING IN PAIN. There isn't any visible inflammation, but it feels like I did a 6 hour long bi workout after which somebody beat my biceps with a hammer for another hour... in other words, it is a DEEP, PAINFUL SORENESS. I can barely move my arms. For those of you who have experience with bi injectons, is this normal? What (if anything) can I do to alleviate this pain? Thanks. ------------------

Normal duration of that PAIN in my experience is 2-3 days. Don't let it discourage you.....bi injections are worth pain...suck it up! ------------------

Supraman, Man, Cuts paid sounds pretty bad to me. (I was thinking about doing bi winny shots too but I don't know about now) So anyway, supraman why do you think bi injections are that good(compared to in the glutes)?

Curling, If Bi injection weren't good, I wouldn't use 3-5cc of synthol in each bi twice a week when I'm not cycling, lol. Some people don't like it, or see it and think it looks bad (mostly because the idiots don't know HOW to inject it). By using synthol in my bi's/Tri's I have added over 2 1/2 inches to my arm measurements in under 6 weeks, then I short cycle (site injecting) and go back on synthol then I take a few weeks off. In those few weeks I lost about 40% of the size....in other words, it lead to the overall lasting appearance of a larger muscle. While cycling, spot injecting is great, however, while off cycle there is one big draw back to synthol and that is it's price tag. However, there is one cheap source out there....much cheaper than the other guys. BTW, that pain is normal. I could barely move my arms after the first injectio, however, the pain isn't as noticable by week 3 and it's worth it in the long run in my opinion.

quote: What have injected into your bis? Did you get the "local effect?" i.e. Do you feel that you got extra growth in your bis from the local action of the roid there? I'm willing to suck it up, but only if this shit really works! Oh yeah, how often can I inject my bis? Every day? Every 3 days? Whenever the pain goes away from the previous shot (that's what I was planning on doing)? Thanks. ------------------

I injected Winny 1 cc into each bicep about every 3-5 days, depending on how sore they were from last inj. On the other days I drank as I always have. The only reason I did the bis when I could is to test the validity of the this so-called "localized growth." The pumps are amazing while working out. Vascularity definintely improved throughout the bis and I did put some permanent size onto them as well. A little uncomfortable, but worth it! ------------------ [This message has been edited by supraman (edited February 12, 2001).]

My experience differs because I have yet to experience any site growth from site injecting. Injecting into the target area works a lot like synthol, so the "Growth" is merely a stretching and bloating of the fascia. Hell, if stretching my muscle will make it look this much bigger, I'm down, lol. I have never done water based gear site injecting...don't care for the potential of infection (Much higher chance with water based than oil based, as bacteria multiples at a much more rapid pace in water than oils).

Post injection day #2: STILL HURTS LIKE HELL. It was really hard for me to sleep last night b/c whenever I'd move around and my bi would touch anything (e.g. pillow, blanket), I would feel excrutiating pain. I woke my girlfriend up throughout the night with my yelling out in pain. I know what some of ya'll might be thinking... suck it up, be a man... I consider myself as having a pretty high tolerance for pain, but THIS is something else. I tried to do chest today but couldn't lift anything b/c of the BICEP pain! I put Ben-Gay on 'em and wrapped 'em up, and I'm taking aspirins too. I hope this shit goes away soon so I can get back to my normal life. Does it hurt like this after every injection or just for the first couple? Will it hurt less if I inject less (e.g. 1/4 cc)? I do want to test out this "localized growth" thing, but I don't know if I can take this... ------------------

Sounds like your in the shit man! Pain isnt always that bad you know. Get some Nubain and site inject it with your hormones, that will give you a great deal of relief. I used to use a coctail of Test Proptionate, Trenbolone acetate and Synthol all at once in one injection, right into the old biceps. Painfull yes, very, but oooh so worth it. When I hit twenty two, my arms hit 23 offseason. Alot of the growth was permanent. I only lost twenty percent when I quit the Synthol. I got a ton of localized growth due to the stretching of my muscle fascia in conjunction with the addition of anabolic compounds. Good shit man. The more sophisticated giver of PAIN

You have some pain you can deal with it for now, BUT..... if you notice any swelling, redness or hardening of the Bi, that might mean you have an infection if so you better get to the doc soon, an infection in the muscle can spread quickly and will some times result in amputation. Be careful.

Origionally posted by MeanOne: "My experience differs because I have yet to experience any site growth from site injecting." No flame intended, but if you have not experienced any site growth at all you are not training intensely enough! ------------------

I'm not really insecure, but I find it very funny to hear comments like "Your not traingin hard enough," when you have no idea how I train, lol, seems a little....foolish wouldn't you say? I highly suggest you visit my webpage and just breifly read down the list of training principles and theories that I use. I think you will withdraw any comments you have made in error.

quote: I AM using Winstrol Zambon. Well, I'm now at the END of day 2, and thankfully, the pain has lessened. I think/hope I should be back to normal by tomorrow. Am I gonna poke my bis again? I don't know... ------------------

Third day after bi injection... better, but still hurts. Can't extend my arms fully. I don't think I'm gonna be able to work out today either. I've decided... I'm not gonna do this again. I guess bi injections just aren't for me. ------------------ |
