I am currently running a cycle of deca and I am going to stack it with winny the last 4 weeks. I am currently on my first week. 1. How should I be lifting heavy or for reps. 2. How many cals should I be eating every day. I am eating about 3,000 a day. 50%pro 30%carb and 20%fat. Is this good or should I alter it in some way. Once I start my winny I plan on cutting my carbs some more. Is this a good idea. Thanx.

Dont know why you felt the need to title the post "Experienced only!" I am very sure this is not a difficult question. Most novices who have done a little reading can answer it. I suggest you read, read, read. No flame but you shouldnt be using or conisder using steroids if you dont know how to train correctly yet. ------------------

If you don't know the answers to your questions you are wasting gear and should NOT be using AS. You need to know how to train your body and nourish your body for optimal results. Only you know your body. You need to know what it responds to as far as diet and training in order to successfully use AS. These things should have been experimented with for a couple years until you learned how to manipulate your body through diet and training alone. Then you take it to the next step, AS, to really ,maximize potential. 1. Everybody responds differently. You should know what kind of training works best for you. 2. This you should already know or at least have a good idea of what it takes to stimulate growth(or fat loss) in your body. You should know your metabolism and your maintnance calorie level. Again, everyone is very different in this aspect so there is no clear cut answer. I will say that 3000cals i too low if you're trying to add mass. If you are bulking then it is not a good idea to cut carbs. They fuel workouts, growth, and spare protein to rebuild muslces. I would make carbs the majority of your diet(60%) if you want to add mass. You need to know these basics. Without knowledge of proper diet you will get nowhere. You need to know how to stimulate YOUR body through training that works for you. You are simply going to have to do some experimenting to see what works best for you as far as diet and nutrition go. You may end up wasting this cycle due to your lack of preparation but you will learn the value of these fundamentals.

I do know my body and I have been working out on my own for over 2 years now. I thought that the carbs might be low as well as the overall calories. I just wanted to double check with someone who would know. Thank you for your advice. I appreciate it. |
