i found a good ass protein. it's made by max muscle. it's called high 5. it has five types of protiens in it. i can't keep whey in my system for more than 30 minutes cause my metabolism is so fast, but this protein is good. it absorbes over a 4 hour time frame. the shit works for me anyway. let me know fellas. ------------------ | ||

I have a couple buckets of Triple Threat and it is very good. Both chocolate and vanilla.
