Dude, strength shoes are the shit. I just ordered a new pair. Last summer I used the for about 8 weeks. My speed, agility, and veritcal exploded, partly cause I never worked hard on my calves, but I highly recommend them for any athlete. Never used them on cycle...My guess is that the results would be similar. | ||

have you seen these "proprioceptor" additions to the jumpsoles? have you used them and are they worth getting as well? figured i'd ask since you've totally sold me on the jumpsoles. | ||

I recommend getting them on ebay if they have your size. If not, I think the website is www.strength-systems.com I haven't heard of the new addition stuff though. | ||

Stregnth Shoes are worth the money. Do a search on www.eastbay.com and see if they still have the old ones on sale. They're just as good as the new version and will save you about $40 (they don't look quite as cool though). They help your speed and quickness tremendously. As far as size I really didn't notice that much difference. A word of advice on using them: don't over do it the first couple of days you use them. Your calves may not be too sore while you're wearing them, but you may have trouble walking the next day. ------------------ | ||
