Well this question plagues many of us and even those who don't have to worry about the problem. What should you do when you feel the onset of gyno or what do you do to prevent it? I have allways had Nolva on hand every cycle or experiment that I have tried never had to use it but had the security that it was their if I was in need. I'm not one to give bad knowledge to anyone and really don't want to. ------------------

Guess this isn't interesting so here is some info I found from Cockdezil :Most here don't seem to know that RU-486 (mifepristone) was not made as an anti-progestagen, but an anti-GLUCOCORTICOID. It is an antagonist to the glucocorticoid receptor as well as the progesterone receptor. The world quickly forgot about this effect once it was found out that RU-486 was a human pesticide. Remember the fervor over Cytadren, when people found out it blocked cortisol, well RU-486 does this with no reduction in hormone levels. Several studies have shown that it prevents muscle catabolism under certain conditions in lab animals. With the access to RU-486, we may now find out what blocking cortisol can really do. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Damn, I think I'm the only one that's used the stuff. Mifepristone comes ina yellow 200mg cylindrical tablet. A dose of 1mg/Kg/day is enough to block progestenic action.BTW BigJay, thats very interesting info on RU-486's anti-cortisol effects. Didn't know that. I take 1 tablet every 2 days. Currently on 600mg Deca and no water bloat at all. The price I get it for is $15 a tablet, but the price is going down rapidly due to its reputation as a good deca gyno inhibitor. In 1 month I figure $10 a tab. Oh and BTW, it is only used to terminate fetuses under 49 days old. On a good note it will become OTC here in the U.K. shortly, so cheap prices ahoy for us U.K. residents.... Godspeed ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
