For some reason, every night after I work tris/bis hard I wake up in the middle of the night and my hands are asleep. Anyone else have this problem/solutions?

I get the same problem sometimes but its usually because I'm sleeping in an odd position and circulation to my arms get cut off. A few of my buddies tell me they have the same problem. If they're falling asleep when you're awake then I would worry.

A few years ago the same thing started happening to me when I would sleep in certain positions. It happens as you get older, bro. My buddies have said the same thing. Sleep on your back and it'll go away.
