From http://www.hivandhepatitis.com/news/n01120001.html When US Customs seizes illegal drug packages, it may send a warning to the consumer who ordered the drug(s), but unless the shipment contains a large amount of the drug(s) (greater than a 3-month supply for an individual), no arrests are made. The volume of packages coming in from overseas to American consumers is so huge that it would be impossible for the US Customs staff to examine every container for illegally obtained prescriptions drugs, say officials. Also, the foreign-based web sites supplying the drugs often use "discreetly-packed" containers, with no reference to the contents on the outside of the package. Other web sites send the drugs in parcel post letter packs or in packets with falsified customs contents declaration papers.     | ||

Always wise to keep orders small but don't think for one second that you can't go down for even a few amps. Customs can notify the locals who in turn sure as hell will bust your ass. BPP | ||

Good post. 3 problems though... 1) The more packages you get sent(breaking up an order into smaller ones), the higher the probability of you getting tagged. 2) What if you're acquiring peptide hormones like GH. Not many reliable sources for that. And its sure to set you back more than $500 3)Lastly, what exactly is the defintion of a three month supply? There isn't. Everybody is different. Gov. has too much leeway on this issue. They can make up the quantity to suit their needs. Godspeed I'm off to the spanish board. Lot of nice people there. | ||

I saw a rather interesting movie tonight. Hannibal...now you might think what the hell does that have to do with anything on this board..well here it is. In the movie the FBI did log information on ppl who looked through their site so why wouldn't the DEA? Its not like it requires a lot of resources to log the info(the number of 1's and 0's required to store an IP for example is very small). Now what they do with that info is a question of resources but its not far-fetched at all to think that they could amass the info and search it for whoever they wanted. Its not a question of whether they can its a question of importance. Realistically they are an agency of the most powerful government in the world and its kinda foolish to think they couldn't find out whatever they wanted about you whenever they wanted. Not trying to sound paranoid here just logical. | ||

In the UK AS are class A. That is the same as Coke, e's etc etc so even personal use will mean you take a trip to court. Do not take comfort in this 3 month thing if you get caught the game is up and it will depend on the police / customs how much they can be bothered. Be Careful out there and as all talk on here is absolutely hyperthetical we all have nothing to worry about! | ||

There is no such thing as a 3 month supply being legal. This loop hole applies only to meds in which probably have a legit medical use here but have not been cleared and or approved by the FDA. It is inteneded to help mainly HIV patients receive medication that other countries have readily available. Anything that is on a controlled substance list is illegal unless you have a legit script from a legit US doc. BPP | ||

Wrongun AS are not class 'A' in the UK they are class 'C' same as sleeping pills and a 3 month supply is considered a safe amount.(depending how much you take in 3 months) You have to be able to write out your stack and if you can prove what you have is the same as the quantities you are in possesion of you are sweet.
