Its imitation crab meat with ramen noodles. Leave the crab meat sealed in the package, put it into boiling water for about 5 minutes, take it out, put the ramen in. When the ramen is done, add the ramen seasoning, cut the crab meat package open and dump it into the pot with the ramen. Strain it and youve got: calories: 880 protein: 48 carb: 70 fat: 15 It does not taste fishy because of the soaking of the ramen seasoning. Tis good! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I used to buy imitation crab until i found out that half the calories are coming from CARBS. Its only half protein. I prefer Japanese Udon noodles over ramen. Less fat, less salt but more expensive. Happy cooking =) ------------------ MustangRacer27 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Try this: -Fry up some 1 lb lean ground beef with favorite seasonings -Cook 1 cup brown rice -Add beef to rice and melt cheese over the top DAMN GOOD PRE WORKOUT MEAL ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
