While on AS is it sufficient enough to train one body part per day if you do a rigorous training???

Monday- Chest
Tuesday-Shoulders
Wednesday-Back
Thursday-Arms/Triceps/Forearms
Friday-Legs
Sat + Sun off days

It's been quite awhile since I've done any gear. I'm not sure what your taking, but one of my last cycles consisted of about900mg of test/wk, 600mg deca/wk. That all I had or I would had probably done more. At the beginning of my cycle, I worked out Mon. and Tues.'s and took Wed, off. Then Fridays and maybe Saturdays. Sundays were off. Once my cycle was fully kicked in, I always worked each bodypart twice/week. Everything depends on how your body feels. If you walk into the gym to work out on a specific bodypart, and your not feeling comfortably strong that day, don't push it. Thats when you'll get an injury. Listen to your body. It speaks.
