Cut up the chicken, boil some brown rice and brocolli then mix them together and throw in "Black Bean Sauce". It's kinda a tasty chinese dish.

By the way, I'm a terrible cook and people who taste my food ususally puke, so....

Anyway, thats my 2cc's

rosemary and bay leaves are great, you can even throw them right on the caols and let them smoke on the meat.

Buy the fresh herbs they are only $1.00-2.00
depending on location but very worth it.

A few months back someone called 'Chef' said he had written a book full of bodybuilding recipes. He has'nt been around for a while but personally I'd love to get my hands on it.

Hey Guys,

I buy Progresso Black Bean Soup. I boil it and then let it sit in the frig overnight. It thickens and makes a nice gravy over brown rice.

I am big into marinades. They are low fat but admittedly high in sodium. But when I am trying to gain I need to eat as much as possible so I go for a little taste (helps me get an extra breast or two down). The salt from the marinade also helps the chicken not dry out so fast (since I tend to cook a ton of chicken during the weekend to eat during the week).

John Romano has a cookbook but I have heard the recipes kinda suck. Anyone use it?

Here's what I had for dinner last night:

1) chop some garlic cloves and sautee in a little olive oil for a couple minutes

2) add cubed chicken breast, rosemary, basil, salt, and pepper

3) steam some rice & veggies while all this is going on (throw some fresh herbs in with the veggies)

4) yum. Doesn't take any longer than hamburger helper, but damn does it taste good!
