Well it seems everytime I inject, I start to push the needle in and feel the intial pinch at first and from their it feels like I am going through about 4 levels of the epidermis Until I get the needle fully in. 1 1/2 inch needle. And also when I go to asperate Their is a hughe vacum effect. When I try to pull back on the plunger it just won't seem to give no matter how long I wait or how hard I pull back And when I let go of the plunger it rushes forward again. Any Ideas? You have the same problems? Thanks in advance ------------------

BigJ One of the reasons for asperating is to make sure your not in a vein. So I suppose if your getting that vacuum effect that your deep into the muscle. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]()

Well i am no expert like 2Thick, but going trough 4 levels is something we all experience. I think it is because of the different levels you go through, like muscle tissue, fat, veins, etc. When you aspirate sometimes it's air bubbles coming in, sometimes vacuum, but still this is ok. What i found out this week, was aspirating and getting 2 air bubbles, and one thinks "he it's ok", but sticking the needle in was more difficult then usual, so i aspirated again with force this time and yes, just as i wanted to let go, blood was coming in. Not in the needle but in the yellow cover that goes on the syringe. (Here 30 gauges have a yellow cover). Now this was scarry. So from now on, i always aspirate with force. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You should be putting the needle in very quickly. You should not feel the layers. When you can't pull back it means that there is no air or liquid to draw so you can inject safely. You only need to pull back the plunger for a few seconds. Just make sure the needle does not move inside of you once you have aspirated. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

your spose to feel a vacum, that a shure sign your in a muscle, while when u hit a vein it's realy easy to asperate and u'd get blood in the syringe. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Often what you feel is scar tissue that has built up. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
