Guys, this is kind of off the subject of gear,so please bear with me. I've been using a push/pull training split(Monday,Wednesday&Friday)right now with excellent results. Monday is Back&Biceps,Wednesday is Chest,Shoulders&Triceps, and Friday is Leg Day. I know most of the guys on the board advocate a four day split, but due to work and family obligations I can only train three times a week. Do you think this will be prodcutive while on gear? Or does it matter,at all?-THE PROTOTYPE

in a word yes...more is not always better and this holds true in training in my opinion...as long as those 3 workouts include intense training and your diet is fine I see no problems...look at this way you have 4 days a week to rest and grow

How is back and bis a push/pull workout? A push pull is bis and tris, isnt it? Thats how I train. I like the push pull method. I feel I get pumps.
