This is my first post here and I'm pretty sure I'll get lots of helpful responses. I'm somewhat experienced and knoledgable about gear BUT I've been clean for about 4 years and not thinking or reading about the stuff for a while. I'm 250 lbs and about 22% body-fat. I really want to lean down to about 10% fat without sacrificing much muscle. I've never been that lean before, but with your help I'm sure it's do-able. I don't want to take Clen (hear it's related to cardiovascular disease), I'm very familiar with the E/C/A stack. I've only got about $300 Canadian to spend and need to know what the best way to go is. I was thinking of a simple Winstrol- V cycle, as I hold alot of water and develop bitch-tits easily. I've used Test, A-50, Clen, and D-bol(fake) before but never Winstrol. I don't think I'll be able to afford to stack anything on this tight budget. Thanks in advance guys... ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

hey-- You might want to consider not using the Winny until you have that bodyfat down in the 15% range. It my experience, it did a great job of hardening me up and preserving muscle mass while using ECA/T3 but not until I really got my diet straight and lowered the bf considerably..what does your diet look like? if you don't already, consider throwing in 4 cardio sessions on an empty stomach or after your weightlifting sessions.
