i've been taking 1.5cc of enathate and 1.5cc of prop eod. i'm not puttin on alot of weight which i thought i would with all the enathate. now i am keeping my cals low and doing 30min of carido everyday which is not helping but i need to see what i've built in the last two years. should i lower my does if i'm going to diet?? i thought it might help me keep muscle mass while taking off the bodyfat.

You are really taking a low dose. Unless you mean 1.5 grams instead of cc's. That is not nearly enough of either. That s like 150mg a week of prop and 300mg of enathate. The prop will not do anything at that dose, and you have to inject prop eod to keep blood levels constant. The enathate needs to be at atleast 500mg a week.

If you want to diet then all you will need is about 300mg of test per week to keep you anticatabolic. Since your calories are low and you are doing cardio, you will not gain much, if any, mass from this cycle so don't waste your money.

Um...Chief. You're not going to put on weight with restricted calories. The requirement for weight gain would be a surplus of calories. If you want to gain mass then you need to consume MORE calories than you use. If you are using more calories than you are consuming you will loose weight. It isn't the drugs that actually put the mass on you. It's the nourishment, or food, you provide your body. AS help convert that food energy into lean body mass.

in total i'm taking 1200mg to 1500mg perweek. the trouble is i've never dieted before. i've put on 60lbs in 2 years, i'm now 5'11 250lbs at about 13-14%bf. i've always trained for mass. of course everyone and their dog have a differnt way or stack to get lean but i'm looking for people who have experienced good results. i own a supplement store so the fat burners ect. is no problem. i would like some info on how to lean out a bit while keeping most of my hard earned gains!!! thanx bros!!

Just keep dieting, avoid all sugar, avoid carbs within 5 hours of bedtime, just use 300mg of test (to stay anticatabolic) and do moderate cardio along with higher reps in the gym.

The main weapon is your diet. The AS you are using will preserve your muscle mass and help keep your metabolism up, but it all comes down to diet. Patience is also a neccessary skill for cutting up as you will not wake up one morning ripped. It takes time and effort. Make sure you're eating and training right and the AS will do its part.

THE ONLY DIET I WOULD RECOMEND WHILE USING AS IS A HIGH PROTIEN, LOW CARB DIET. YOU STILL NEED TO TAKE IN A LOT OF CALORIES AND PROTIEN TO GROW, JUST LIMIT YOUR CARBS TO VERY FEW A DAY. YOU WON'T GAIN AT ALL ON A LOW CALORIE DIET.

HE ISN'T TRYING TO GAIN...He's cutting(loosing weight). If you're cutting you need to be using more calories than you are consuming so don't keep the calories high.
