I am going to do the whole carb/sodium/water depletion thing this week.....just wonderding what are the best foods for this?

Hey, you know you can e mail me I don't mind helping ya.

Protein: White fish, Chicken Breast Raw, Turkey breast RAW ( NO PUMP SOLUTION), eye round ( no more than 5 oz and no more than 3 times a week.

Isopure make a great no carb no sugar protein drink with 50 grams. Since this is not a contest and was something we spoke about that maybe perfect.

Lots and lots of green vegetbales at every meal steamed. This will be your fiberous carb. Watch ALL labels for hidden salt if you buy frozen but fresh is the best way to go.

No corn just green vegetbales as they make oil form corn thus hidden fat.

Have your carb form early morning in the form of about 1/2 cup raw oatmeal in water.Watch for hidden salt and maybe another 1/2 cup of brown rice or the likes. Again watch for hidden salt.

For foods use fresh lemon over it as this will give ya some taste. This will be a horrible diet but keep in mind the goal we spoke about and the fact that its only 1 week. Expect the second day to suck and for your strength to go down but keep pumping.

Keep calories at bodyweight times 10 for this particular case.

flexed , thanks again man. I just didn't want to bother you again for this question. I felt if i emailed u again i would be over doing it. U know u have better things to do than do answer my Q's but ...again u came to the rescue. U are a very respected bro and i thankyou for the time u put in to all the responses. I listen because i know u actually practice what u tell me...Your pics prove it! IF anybody knows how to get ripped and how to eat it's you damn i thought i knew a lot, hhaha (LOL)thanks for the emails. I will be in touch.
