I am 18...I have been lifting for about 5 years or so...My diet isn't the best right now, but as soon as i figure what i plan on doing, i am going to become very strict on it. This would be my first cycle and i am trying to do as much research as possible. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Well thats good to hear many on here will tell you to wait I say bullshit you made the choice and your going to do it anyway. You might as well do it right. First off Diet is key Do alot of searchs on just diet. The cornerstone to any good cycle. And from you propossed cycle In my oppinion I think you will see a good 25lbs. to keep of good muscle possibly less is diet isn't well. Im considering the same thing, with Dbol thrown in, maybe deca Ill be 19 next month, 215lbs, 17%bf(need to work on that), training since 15, been on a decent diet for a year with at least 1gram protein per body lb ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Nobody can tell you what to expect as the results are entirely up to you. There are too many variables that will determine the effects of this cycle on your body. Diet, training, rest, body type, weight, metabolism, genetics, and lifestyle are the factors in the equation. It's up to you and your genetics to make what you will out of this cycle. Side effects are personal just as the results. Everyone reacts differently. It's not the AS that affects your body fat, it's your diet. If you know your body and how to properly nourish and train it then you will reap the full rewards of the cycle. If you don't know yourself or how to fully utilize this AS then you won't have great results. You should have an idea of what to expect as that comes from general knowledge of steroids which is a pre requisite for responsible and effective AS use. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Expect to gain(with the right diet)around 10-15% of your total body mass right now(ex-if you currently weigh 200,you can expect to gain 20-30lbs over an 8 week period).If you can,get ahold of some eq or primo,and run it four weeks past the test.This will go a long way in helping you maintain and hold on to those gains from the test.Also,have nolvadex on hand BEFORE you begin your cycle as a safety measure against gyno,and clomid for post-cycle restoration of your natural testosterone production.BTW,I do think that you should wait to hit your first cycle until after you're out of your teens,as your test levels are naturally the highest they will ever be,but I can remember being a teenager myself and the quest to put on mass was overwhelming,so I'll let others give you the speech,haha.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
