I am in a offseason running program. Which of course I have to run alot, and my back is fucking killing me. It cramps up during the running, kind of like a stiffness. So what can I do, I already kicked in the nol to loose some of the water weight but don't know what else to do. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Increase your water intake.

.25mcg t3 ED will help some with the bloat. I'd have used Winstrol instead of D-bol because it doesn't cause the excessive low back pump and also seems to help some with endurance.

Well If it is your lower back then I would increase your water intake and take a few easy days.
If it doesn't help by then Think about your shoes. I know it sounds dumb but your a runner and will understand. They only have so many miles on them before they go bad and begin to hurt your feet and move up from their.

Are shin splints a problem as of now.

Dbol gives a lot of people back problems because of the extra bloat there is overhydration of the lower discs. I have the same problem on D's. My back hurts so bad I have a hard time walking. Make sure you are fully hydrated so you don't retain extra water, and I would even consider an anti-estrogen if you aren't on one already to get rid of the extra bloat.
