do it all the time. a vet friend showed me, painless and easy. sit in a chair and pull you're leg inward so that the hamstring buldges to the outside. now put the pin in below the halfway point so you don't hit the the big nerve that runs down the side of youre quad. hope i've explained it well enough. |
