Last night I woke up at about 3 A.M. feeling really hot and sweaty and with a really sore throat. I couldn't get back to sleep at all. I know its the beginning of a cold thats been going around. I usually don't get sick, especially with all the vitamin C I take. I know if I go to the gym, I won't be able to lift that much weight, partly just from lack of sleep. My question is Will it do me any good to go and workout today, or should I give myself a day or two to get better? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I would take a day off.....if don't lift 110% effort and focus, then you're not gonna grow. Take a few days off and recover. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'm going to go against the grain here. I have had some of my best workouts when I was feeling rough but toughed it out and worked out anyway. I hate to miss a workout, I would go in and try, you might be suprised. My .02 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

if its the beginning of a cold i usually go work out if i'm on a cycle. Sometimes it does me good and for some reason the cold never shows up anyways ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
