When i workout sometimes, I notice that I somethimes get this sensation during a set that can best be described as my muscles "twanging" like it seems like they are guitar strings and someone is twanging them, but it doesn't carry, it's a quick twang then it stops..However, it happens over and over during the set. The only times and places I seem to feel them are when I'm doing pullups, I feel them in my forearms, and triseps pulldowns, I feel it it my triseps, and above the elbow. What is it?

Sounds like muscle spasm or cramp. Get more water down you.

That's funny you said that, cuz that just happened to me in my bicep today. It didn't hurt, but it felt just like a guitar string. I stopped my set after that just in case. I don't think it's anything too bad though.

Well, I'm on a keto diet right now..Well, was as of yesterday, I'm carbing this weekend. I rememeber it happenin before, in the past, but I don't know exactly what kinfd of diet I was on, it could be just a keto thing for me, I don't know. Anywy, you people say to get more potassium, more water, well, I'd like to know what potassium will do, and man, I drink about 6 glasses of water in the 2 hrs I'm usually in the gym, I drink so much at the fountain, I constantly feel like I'm going to puke.
