I am going to stop for tonight but I will leave you with something interesting.

Whey protein does not work as well as casien protein in muscle building. I have an article to prove it..lol.

I agree that casein takes longer to digest so more of it is absorbed as compared to whey.

The best is a blend of whey and casein like I use. I am light years ahead of you

I don't really have a set brand.

I usually buy Supreme Whey from Ulimate Nutrition 5lbs

and a 30lbs bucket of Milk & Egg protein by Pro-Circuit which is a little canadian company.
