I have the same problem. I guy on the board told me about something they sell at GNC the works great. Its under the post dball is killing me I made last night. I lloking for some valium to help me sleep/..later oubeta ------------------ God didn't create all men equal, steroids make | ||

shit , i take valium , resterol and ambien . there addictive though , i have to take them while off gear just to sleep , it kinda sucks . i hear that z-mass pm works but you need like 4 pills before bed and i also hear mixed thoughts about meletonin ? Have you tried that valerian root yet ? smeels like ass , but it may help and it's all natural ! ------------------ | ||

I also have the same problem. I found somthing that works for me maybe you might try this. Go to the local Vitamin World and buy some Super Snooze take two of theese and the normal dose of ZMA. This combination nocks me out fast. I sleep sound all through the night and wake without that sluggish fealing. Another nice thing is that its cheap and easy to get. GS | ||

I goe through the same shit, it sucks don't it.I switch up pretty regularly, tylenol pm, ambien,used to take valium, don't like the sides in the morning. | ||

If you have a hard time 'staying' asleep then I would recommend atarax. It is an anti-histamine but when you take it you will be able to sleep as long as you want. I have used it for 12 years and it's great. ------------------ | ||

Well when i'm on gear i have the same problems..One night..(NO LIE!!)..i would take 2 vikadins..2 volumes..and 2 tylenol pms..and be up until 5 in the morning...but it turned out i went to the doc for it and i had an anxiety dis-order...but now i'm all back to normal..and i take GHB..instead of drinking..and it knocks me right out  ... | ||

I have troubloe also. I find that Pro=methaziane works well, failing that Zopilclone (benzodiazapam but not as addictive as diazapam, flu-nitrazepam or tamazipam... a bit like lorazipam... quick acting). Trouble is the sleep is not of `good quality`. I have used Sekenal and Phenobarb. before with good results... unfortuantley they are a bit too potent and addictive! ------------------ | ||

flunitrazepam works great, this shit knocks me the fuck out I read that it's used as a date rape drug in the US. |
